future.Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Senior Program
Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst to support the Poland WISLA
Program as part of the Multi-Domain Command, Control,
Communications (MDC3) Operating Unit within our Business Management
organization on-site in Huntsville, Alabama.Roles and
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provides guidance
on policies and proceduresSets up the cost control system and
monitors and controls costs on contractsPerforms analyses and
prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and
agreed-upon parameters and government cost control
guidelinesPrepares budgets for contract work and performs or
assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales
outlook, and variance analysisPrepares program plans to ensure
program requirements and statement of work are captured and
scheduledEnsures adequate funding availability by maintaining
accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of
expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for
additional funding to the governmentIncorporates contractual
changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work
against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost
and schedule baselinesInterfaces with program and functional
management to provide financial support and analysis to meet
program requirementsParticipates in knowledge transfer and best
practices sharing with peersAssists in preparing for internal and
external auditsBasic Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma
or GED with a minimum of 14 years professional experience in
finance, accounting, or program controlWill also
consider:Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in finance,
accounting, or program controlMaster's degree and 8 years of
experience in finance, accounting, or program controlExperience
with COBRA/SAP/Precision/Access; Advanced Excel SkillsAptitude to
assess complex business equations and drive business solutionsMust
be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)
Secret security clearanceMust be able to work on-site in
Huntsville, ALProficient with Earned Value Management Guidelines
and ExecutionPreferred Qualifications:Defense Industry
ExperienceDemonstrated ability to prepare and analyze data and
figuresPrior program cost control experiencePrior financial
analysis and/or reporting experienceActive DoD Secret security
clearanceSalary Range: $97,300 USD $145,900 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
