Job Description:

Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to enhance our customer
service operations. This role is vital in providing support and
creating an inclusive and supportive shopping environment by
assisting English and Spanish-speaking customers. Your role will
include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining
strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive impact on
customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide effective and efficient
customer service to both English and Spanish-speaking customers,
addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain knowledge of
Sherwin-Williams' product offerings to accurately inform and advise
customers. Process orders and track order statuses, ensuring prompt
and accurate service. Work collaboratively with other departments
to resolve any customer issues that may arise. Participate in
ongoing training to keep up with product developments and service
enhancements. Log all customer interactions in the CRM system for
future reference and quality control. Fluency in both English and
Spanish Strong interpersonal and communication skills High
proficiency in computer and CRM software usage Ability to handle
stressful situations and high-volume customer inquiries Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Professional customer service certification (e.g., CSA or CSP) is a
plus.
