team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative! We are looking
to add 4-5 new associates to our customer service team. The
Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility will be to
help customers by delivering product and service information,
facilitating the sales order process, and providing excellent
account support. Customer Service Representatives with a
construction, general labor, or warehouse background THRIVE in our
customer service position due to the incredible work ethic,
determination, and grit they bring to the team. We not only provide

Service Representative Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries
and complaints Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and
update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain
a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Assisting
customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential
clientele
