name in Commercial Roofing for over 15 years, is seeking a
Commercial Roofing Estimator who’s ready to take ownership of the
bid process and help shape skylines across the region. If you’re an
analytical leader with deep roofing knowledge, sharp estimating
skills, and a passion for excellence—this is your moment to shine.
What You’ll Be Doing: Develop detailed, competitive estimates for
commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified,
Coatings, Metal) Analyze project specifications, drawings, and site
conditions to build accurate takeoffs and scopes Collaborate
closely with sales, operations, and project managers to ensure
alignment from bid to build Evaluate vendor quotes and material
costs, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Identify
risks, timelines, and margin opportunities to support smart bidding
decisions Participate in pre-bid meetings, client walkthroughs, and
scope clarifications Assist in job costing reviews, change orders,
and project closeouts Contribute to continuous improvement of
estimating processes, tools, and workflows What You Bring: 5 years
of experience estimating commercial roofing projects Expertise in
roofing systems including flat, low-slope, and specialty coatings
Strong understanding of takeoff software (e.g. Edge, Bluebeam,
RoofSnap) and Excel Ability to read and interpret
architectural/structural plans and specs Excellent attention to
detail, organizational skills, and time management Team-oriented
mindset—collaborative, coachable, and driven Strong communication
skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams Why You’ll Love
