Lee Company is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our vibrant team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. As a pivotal part of our technical department, you will work directly with our clients, ensuring their HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively, aligning with our core values of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Inspect, install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial environments. Diagnose and correct HVAC system issues including airflow, thermostat operation, and system leaks. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Record and report all faults, discrepancies, and weekly maintenance performed on systems. Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations. Consult with clients to ensure system efficacy and satisfaction. Train and guide junior technicians to improve department efficiency and service quality. In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems. Proficiency with HVAC repair tools and diagnostic instruments. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to emergency situations.
