Job Description:
Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based
Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense
system engineering, research, design, development, integration,
test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government. Our

full-time Senior Program Analyst to support the Supply Chain
Management Directorate by coordinating, tracking, and managing
organizational taskers and executive correspondence. The selected
candidate will serve as a central point of coordination for task
management activities, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and
aligned with leadership priorities. This role requires strong
organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
to effectively support senior leadership and facilitate
cross-functional collaboration. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage
and oversee tasker coordination for the Supply Chain Management
Directorate. Receive, review, log, and assign incoming taskers from
internal and external stakeholders. Track tasker status and follow
up with responsible offices to ensure responses are completed
accurately and on schedule. Consolidate inputs from multiple
offices into a unified response suitable for distribution to senior
leadership. Prepare responses, briefing materials, and
correspondence for senior Army executives, including the Chief of
Staff. Ensure tasker responses are clear, complete, and formatted
in accordance with established organizational standards. Coordinate
with directorate leadership, staff offices, and subject matter
experts to gather information and resolve tasking requirements.
Maintain task tracking systems and ensure visibility of deadlines,
deliverables, and status updates. Support leadership with reports,
metrics, and summaries related to tasker management and
organizational priorities. Assist in the preparation of briefing
materials, presentations, and executive-level documentation as
required. Provide administrative and analytical support for program
management initiatives within the directorate. Education: High
School Diploma or GED Job Qualifications: Minimum 19 years of
relevant experience supporting federal government programs, program
management, or organizational operations Associate’s Degree – 18
years; Bachelor’s Degree – 16 years; Master’s Degree – 14 years, or
Doctoral Degree – 12 years Demonstrated experience managing
taskers, executive correspondence, or action tracking within a
government or large organizational environment. Strong
organizational and time management skills with the ability to
manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, including experience preparing
executive-level responses and briefings. Ability to coordinate
across multiple organizations and obtain input from stakeholders to
complete complex taskings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred
Qualifications: Experience supporting Army or Department of Defense
organizations. Experience working in a headquarters or executive
staff environment managing taskers or action tracking systems.
Prior leadership experience or background similar to a senior
noncommissioned officer (NCO) environment that demonstrates
initiative and strong interpersonal skills. Additional Requirements
: Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Candidate must currently
possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.
