What You’ll Do As a Publishing Royalty Analyst, you will: Process and prepare publishing royalty statements with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with our copyright team on new deals and song research using trusted resources. Manage incoming royalty data, statements, and portals for seamless operations. Support royalty runs, payments, and quarterly reporting for songwriters and catalogs. Ensure all work is handled with excellence, integrity, and alignment with our mission. Why Join Us? Qualifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Music Business, or a related field (preferred). 2–3 years of experience in publishing royalty administration (internships included). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office tools. Working knowledge of song publishing royalties, copyright laws, and publishing practices. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Vistex Music Maestro is a plus.
