I Be Doing?As the Office Manager, you are to provide administrative
support to the Program Director, other members of management in the
region, and all other direct service providers in the region. The
Office Manager may also serve as the region's receptionist, and
train and supervise other administrative clerical staff.Am I A
-Good Fit?You must be skilled in computer applications and
proficient in all outlook products, including Excel. Excellent
customer service and effective communication skills a must. Must be
organized with the ability to administratively organize others and
be able to independently maintain an organized regional office
system and maintain confidentiality at all levels. Work ethic must
be, CAN DO! -Qualifications:Minimum of a High school diploma with
at least 5 years work experience in an administrative support staff
position.Associates Degree preferred, and experience in health
care/behavioral health care preferred. - -Health Connect America
