Receptionist & Collections Representative Looking for Customer Service Representatives for an award-winning organization. Department: Reception & Collections Full-time Typical Job Functions: In-bound and outbound call handling for customer support Respond to customers with knowledge, empathy, and high level of customer care via phone Provide accurate information to customers regarding merchants, programs, benefits, transaction processing, and more Solve customer issues in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner Assure that customers understand product information and be able to aid customers, in this area, as needed Effectively handle customer needs or redirect them to the appropriate place, whether the call requires escalation to management, merchant, or third party partnersMinimum Position Requirements: High School diploma or GED Customer Service or Call Center experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Punctuality and consistent work attendance is a must A high level of self-confidence and integrity Bi-Lingual a plusWorking Conditions: Office environment Must be able to speak audibly and intelligibly on the telephone and in-person Must be able to establish and maintain productive, positive and cooperative relationships with internal and external partnersJob Types: Full-timeEducation: High school or equivalent (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourPhysical setting: OfficeSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
