Job Description:

Admin support Provide administrative support for the human resources function in the areas of compensation/benefits, employment, employee relations and training. Maintain employee files and personnel records, processes change of status forms, compiles personnel statistics and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records. May prepare special manpower reports. May screen, evaluate and conduct reference checks on candidates, maintain requisition and advertising logs. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas. Other duties as assigned. CORE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma Good communication skills with all levels of management and employees Strong written and verbal communication skills Word and Excel experience required Related administrative experience preferredJob Requirements:

  • Perform all executive assistant office functions
  • Make appointments and travel arrangements
  • Make all necessary travel arrangements
  • Maintain executive's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Making travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for executives
