COLSA Corporation is seeking an Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting Team in Huntsville, AL! This role will include: Preparing month end journal entries Conducting complex monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Preparing monthly financial reports Preparing monthly facilities allocation report Processing and reconciling the statement of indirect expenses and related analysis reports Preparing daily cash management reports and research positive pay transactions Preparing annual incurred cost submission Preparing complex 3-year projected budgets annually Revenue reconciliation and reporting Month-end and year-end financial close Projected revenue and financials Manage operating lease schedule Assisting higher level accountants with accounting assignments Must pay exceptional attention to detail, maintain accurate/detailed financial records and be highly organized Must be able to work successfully and meet deadlines under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload Periodic overtime (evenings and weekends), as necessary, is required for this position At COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.
