• PTOJob DetailsPrepare and/or review quarterly Board of Director charts, earnings reports, accounting position paper, and SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) for our client.Engage in the monthly closing process, which involves compiling financial data, preparing journal entries for posting to the general ledger, and conducting account reconciliations on behalf of our client.Prepare and execute variance analyses for various balance sheet and income statement accounts as needed to assess fluctuations, address ad hoc requests, and support the Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) in public filings, all in representation of our client.Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls within the scope of your responsibilities, and actively engage in reviewing, investigating, and responding to inquiries from internal and external auditors regarding our client's expense account charges.Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes for accounts pertaining to your areas of responsibility.Undertake ad hoc analytical tasks to support the leadership team.Remain flexible and open to other projects and assignments as needed to meet the evolving requirements of the department and our clientInterested in hearing more?
