ERC is a servant-leader oriented company with approximately 2,000 -employees and multiple contracts across the US. - We believe that our culture has a direct influence on the job satisfaction of our employees and is reflected in the outstanding quality of service received by our customers. - Your role: Test Coordinators (TC) provide program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard. Track and coordinate test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness, - In your role as a Test Coordinator, you will serve as the direct contact between the government and outside customers as an integral part of a test team. - You will be responsible and accountable to meet all deliverable reporting requirements for test programs and projects. Products produced and maintained by the test coordinator are deliverable to and inspect-able by managers internally and by customers externally. -Areas under the direct cognizance of the Test Coordinator include but are not limited to: -project planning, estimating, reporting, coordinating and execution within a test directorate and routinely cross-directorate. This includes establishing, entering, maintaining, and updating data in multiple software packages to ensure customers have complete and accurate project information at all times. - As a Test Coordinator you will coordinate administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of project management to track the cost and schedule of tests. - You will insure labor, material, and travel charges are correct and will communicate to the government and customer regarding funding depletion; monitor and report on performance against plans to ensure cost objectives are not exceeded. - Finally, you will analyze, interpret and report on financial data derived from multiple sources to your government customer. What you'll do all day: Monitor project funding, allocations, and expenses Draft cost proposals and support agreements Monitor test schedules and milestones Work with multiple test directorates and divisions Attend customer meetings Use customer provided business tool - these include: - ADSS, PMM, CET, VDLS, PRO3, and SharePoint Ensure Safety Documents (NEPA, HRPP, OPSEC, TRR, TSRA) and Test Plans/Reports are completed and filed in appropriate project files Project setup, monitoring, maintenance, and termination You will love this job if you: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Are a self-starter and require little oversight to complete given tasks Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Love working with diverse groups of individuals, including engineers and technicians Are good at communicating with people Have a positive attitude Enjoy multitasking Minimum requirements for this position: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited* -college/university; a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from an accredited* college/university with applicable skill sets will be considered. *Engineering degrees must be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program, and business or other degrees must be from a college/university with an accreditation recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office software. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance Must be a US Citizen -Desired skills and experience for this position: Bachelor's Degree in project management, business, or account management experience is preferred Master's Degree's and/or Program Management Professional (PMP) certificate is a plus Exposure to aviation or missile testing environment highly desirable of applicable experience Experience developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements; Experience providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones; Experience providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs; Experience validating costs; Experience comparing performance against plans; Experience reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources What we offer: Competitive salaries.
