IPT is seeking talented Information Security Analysts to support
our work at the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (
DEVCOM) Headquarters (HQ) . DEVCOM was appointed as an Authorizing
Official (AO) in September 2023. Cybersecurity expertise is
required to support DEVCOM's enclaves, applications, closed
restricted networks and standalone information systems under the
Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. This support will provide
reviewing authorization and approval requests within the Enterprise
Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and developing processes
to streamline cybersecurity efforts. Although directly supporting
DEVCOM HQ, the work location for this position is Army Aviation and
Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, AL
Responsibilities:
Perform the supporting technical role and actions necessary to
support and participate in the Cybersecurity authorization of
DEVCOM unclassified and classified networks and systems.
Develop, document, enforce, audit, remediate and update
cybersecurity controls, policies, procedures, Security Technical
Implementation Guides (STIGs), and Assured Compliance Assessment
Solution (ACAS) requirements for all information systems.
Develop, maintain and disseminate Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs), training artifacts, and policies to streamline RMF and
other cybersecurity efforts across DEVCOM and the Centers/Army
Research Laboratory.
Provide RMF program support t hat will enable DEVCOM and
subordinate organizations to obtain, support and maintain ATO
approvals for DEVCOM I T systems, applications, and networks .
Work with DEVCOM and subordinate organization Cybersecurity teams
to assist in prepar ation of documentati on and t echnical data
necessary for compliant ATO package submission s in eMASS.
Review vulnerability and compliance scans of information systems
hardware and software, review an d monit or audit records of
information systems, and work with organizational teams to
recommend remediation for security flaws and configuration issue
s.
Disseminate and maintain guidance (standard operating procedures,
training artifacts, policies, etc. ) that needs to be distributed
to sub-organizations . D evelop procedures and processes to assist
with RMF lifecycle and implementation , including tracking c
ybersecurity compliance posture for DEVCOM and subordinate
organizations .
Assist with implementation of Information Assurance Vulnerability
Alert (IAV A ) dissemination, reporting, and compliance procedures;
p repare, distribute, and collect s upporting data and ensure
timely response for all taskers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ten (15) years of prior experience in a similar role
DoD 8570 Level II/III certification desired
Active Security Clearance required
