Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for a Human Resources Shared
Services Specialist -(HRSS) - Remote. The -Human Resources Shared
Services Specialist - (HRSS) is responsible for providing
comprehensive HR support for designated LifePoint Hospitals. -
Specialists will serve both our internal and external partners
through a variety of channels including phone, Service Now (Web
ticket systems), and email. - In this role, the specialist will
work all case requests to completion, and with the satisfaction of
the requesting party. - Must perform with service in mind as well
as professionalism, accuracy, efficiency.Lifepoint Health is a

FUNCTIONS:To perform this job, an individual must perform each
essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable

all HR Service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate and
professional responses. - - - - - - - - - Process employee
onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle transactions and/or
licensing/certification updates. - - - - - - - - - Follow set
standard operating procedures (SOP) when completing tickets
submitted via the ticket management system. - - - - - - - - -
Regular and reliable attendance. - - - - - - - - - Perform other
duties as assigned.Additional Information:Position serves both
internal co-workers and external customers.Access to and/or works
with sensitive and/or confidential information.Exhibit a
[comprehensive] understanding of healthcare regulatory and
compliance (e.g., HIPAA). - Skilled in the application of policies
and procedures. - Knowledge of Business Office Standards and
Recommended Practices.Education: High School Diploma or GED
equivalent requiredExperience: -1 year of HR shared service or
