Monitor patient health and administer basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Maintain accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes in patient condition to the relevant healthcare professionals. Provide supportive care to patients and assist with activities of daily living. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care. Ensure that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are adhered to. Proficient in providing basic nursing care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Detail-oriented and proficient in record keeping and documentation Adaptable to changing environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of employment CPR certified or ability to obtain certification shortly after employment
