provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're
in. We're growing our team here in Huntsville, AL:Compensation:
$18.62 / HourShift: Saturday & Sunday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Thursday
& Friday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AMSecurity Officer provides security
patrols and services to the site on twenty-four (24) hours per day,
seven (7) days per week basis. To maintain order and facilitate the
protection of all site personnel, client property, premises and
equipment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform a variety of routine and non-routine security and
receptionist duties associated with access control, CCTV, door
alarm and event monitoring using established policies and
procedures. Maintain civil order, especially during facility
emergency conditions.
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property;
monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment,
and access points; permitting entry.
- Report writing and site patrol duties.
- Lost and found duties and other back security duties, as
required or specified from time to time.
- To immediately report all security and health and safety
threats identified during all patrols.
- To ensure a detailed knowledge and understanding of all summary
Post Orders and Site Operating Procedures.
- Patrol and respond to incidents around the site.
- Compliance of all relevant company policies and
procedures.
- Provides support and coverage for access control badges and
individual authorized access in accordance with policy.
- Key issuance/control.
- Assist with daily MOP's (Method of Procedure) and coordinating
with supervised escorts.
- Insure visitor, employee, contractor and vendor access
compliance.
- Access control duties, to include static and or standing post
as directed.
- Uniformed security personnel as per global standards.
Requirements:
- All personnel assigned to this location, are required to
possess one or more of the following:
- Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law
enforcement, security (such as Military Police,Security Police,
Corrections,) or any support role in a garrison or deployed area of
operations

- Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or
civilian) in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter
field
- Bachelor's degree in protective services, business, or related
field
- A minimum of 4 or more years of active service in any military
branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge
- Associate degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement
or criminal justice with current or prior active military
service
- 2 years verifiable data center security experience
- 3 years verifiable private/corporate security experience
- Possess the required skills and knowledge for the
assignment
- Vendor to ensure that all Vendor Parties, perform, to the
extent allowed by applicable law, necessary security clearances
and, at a minimum, all of the following background checks within
the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the resource's first
day of engagement for any individuals performing Services at the
client facility:
- social security trace (or local equivalent).
- criminal (for all jurisdictions in which the resource has lived
or worked for the past 7 years).
- Pass US Government Consolidated Screening List (CSL).License
